CANCELLATION POLICY

My schedule is dedicated to my clients and their needs. Therefore, I require 48 hours notice via text or phone to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For reasons other than emergencies, any cancellation, no-show or rescheduling under 48 hours of original appointment time, the card on file will be charged 50% for cancellation, 20% for rescheduling and 100% for a no-show. NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON COMPLETED SERVICES.
